How to Find Your Body Type

First determine your body type by taking your measurements; do this with no clothes on the best accuracy. Use a cloth measuring tape, carefully measure your bust line, your waistline, and your hips at their widest point. Don't fudge these numbers ~ you will only be cheating yourself when you will need this information for making decisions later on!!!

Write these three numbers onto a piece of paper.

Now let's analyze your body type using the following guidelines.

If your bust, and hips are close in size and your waistline has very little indentation when you look at yourself in the mirror, you have what is called an H body type, straight up and down. Scroll down to see how you can add curviness and femininity to your body type.
