NAILS
Manicure - did you know that this word is derived from
the French word "manucure" meaning "hand care"? This

●Wash hands and take polish off with an acetone-free
remover.
●Soak your hands in a small bowl of warm soapy water.
●Rinse and dry hands and file the nails carefully, filing in
one direction only.
●Buff the tips until perfectly smooth.
●Massage cuticle cream (or oil) into the cuticle and let
remain for 5 minutes.
●Gently push the cuticles back with a cuticle stick. Also
called orange wood.
●Finally, scrub gently around and under the nail with a nail
brush.
●Rinse and dry.
●Massage hands with moisturizer
